Daniel is a Human Resource professional with over 16 years of experience in handling the entire gamut of Talent Management in companies like Infosys Technologies, Syntel Inc, HLL, Otis Elevators and Ajuba International Inc. His areas of expertise include Executive Search, Employer Branding, Organization Development, Leadership Development and building Great Places to Work.

He played a key role in establishing and ramping up the Development Centres for Syntel Software Limited, Infosys Technologies and Ajuba India Limited. During his tenure at Infosys, he was responsible for Manpower Planning, Resourcing and Employee Relations for the Chennai Development Center.

Daniel has a graduation in Business Administration and masters in Human Resource Management. He is an Academic Advisor and visiting faculty in several B-Schools. His vision is to help at least 100 organizations to become ‘Employer of choice', and touch the lives of at least 1 million people.
